Clear expectations before you confirm an order
We review availability, scope, price, timing, payment, and the terms that apply to your order before it is confirmed.
Inquiries and quotes
Sending an inquiry, having a consultation, receiving a quote, or making a payment does not by itself mean an order or event date is confirmed. We will tell you clearly when your order is confirmed.
Custom Gifts
Custom Gifts normally use a 50/50 payment schedule unless a different schedule is agreed with you before you accept the order. If your project includes paid consultation or design work, the price and what is included will be explained before that work begins.
Cancellation and refund terms will be provided in writing with the quote, payment request, or order terms that apply to your project so you can review them before confirming.
Food orders and Bloom Bar rentals
Food orders and Bloom Bar rentals may have different timing, payment, cancellation, pickup, return, or deposit requirements. Those details will be provided for the specific order or booking.
If something is unclear before you confirm, ask us. We want you to understand the order details before you agree to them.
