Information you may share with us
An inquiry may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred follow-up method, general area, requested date, quantity, occasion, and the details you choose to share about your request.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your request, respond to you, prepare the next step, and keep a record of the inquiry. We may also send a confirmation email with a copy of the key details you submitted.
You can choose to contact us through the website, WhatsApp, text message, or a requested call. Information shared through an outside messaging service is also subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Custom Gifts and reference materials
Custom Gifts projects are private by default. If you share reference images or other materials, we use them only as needed to understand or complete your request. Permission to show a customer project publicly is handled separately.
If you have a privacy question, want to correct information you shared, or want to discuss how your inquiry information is being handled, contact us and include your inquiry reference when available.
