Start with the space
Choose a stable area with enough room for guests to approach the Bloom Bar comfortably. Think about the table footprint, umbrella clearance if used, walking paths, weather exposure, and how the setup fits with the rest of the event.
Plan flowers and supplies separately
The Zee Star Creations Bloom Bar service is equipment-only. Customers arrange their own flowers and floral supplies, so plan flower quantity, water, trimming tools, containers, waste handling, and any decorative extras separately.
Choose only the equipment you need
Choose from the Bloom Bar stand, table with white cloth, umbrella and base, or the available package based on your event. We confirm availability for the requested date.
Think through pickup and return
Pickup is preferred. Confirm the pickup time, transport space, setup responsibility, and return arrangements before the event. Delivery or setup may be available for some bookings, but no representative remains onsite during the celebration.
